Founder, Lead Consultant

Graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Psychological Counselling and Guidance in 1997, Ahu pursued her Post Graduate studies in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (M.Sc.) at California State University, USA.
Equipped with over 25 years of knowledge and experience on human & organizational behaviour by education and profession, Ahu built her focus and expertise particularly around individual and team coaching, talent and leadership assessment and development; aligning People&Culture strategies to business strategies; cultivating high performance/high motivation organizational cultures; workshop/training design and facilitation; strengthening employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and communication.
Passionately curious for individual and organizational talent stories, Ahu is currently working with clients on change, growth, and transformation. She is a firm believer of the power of authentic connection, courage, trust, collaboration, and curiosity when it comes to team performance. For her, focusing on strengths, core values, and innate potential whilst grooming improvement areas is the one of the key ingredients for thriving in life and business.

In line with her professional caliber and values, she contributes to socio-cultural development by leading/participating in social responsibility projects for children, youth and women. 

Ceyda Nüştekin
OD & HR Strategy & Management Consultant, Change Agent

Ceyda has been in a variety of Human Resources roles across different industries since 2000. 

A few of the companies she held positions at include Gap Inc. Med Regional Office, Cadbury Kent Confectionary (known as Mondelez) , Watson Wyatt (known as Willis Towers Watson) Data Services, CarrefourSA Turkey and C&A Sourcing Turkey (HUB). 

Her expertise covers and is not limited to the development of Strategic HR and HR Operational model, Integrated Talent Management and development practices for employee experience. Ceyda has a BA Degree in Economics (English) at İstanbul University and is a certified practitioner of Prosci Change Management. She is also representing Gradar Job evaluation system in Turkey. She is a mother of two kids and located in Istanbul.

Eyyüp Karaca
Consultant
With over 18 years of professional experience, Eyyup Sinan Karaca has a successful career spanning from sales to international management, strategic consulting and coaching. Recognized as Turkey’s first “Challenging Change Coach”, Eyyup has played a key role in the founding and successful sale of three successful start-ups.
With deep expertise in situational leadership, career development and management, Eyyup has received ICF-accredited coaching trainings and focuses on unlocking the potential of managers and team leaders with over 1000 hours of coaching, various workshops and mentoring experience. As a member of ICF Global and ICF Turkey, he provides consultancy services especially in leadership coaching and change management.
His experience in international sales, business development and strategic planning supports his innovative and strategic vision, while guiding companies in different sectors on their strategies to enter the Turkish market. Eyyup Sinan Karaca aims to create sustainable transformations in professional life and prioritize the development of leaders and teams.

Kaan Mert Ümit
Digital Marketing, Designer

With a strong academic background in Management Information Systems and Psychology, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to marketing. My experience spans UX/UI design, digital marketing, and data analysis, enhanced by hands-on roles such as Marketing Specialist at Reybex Cloud ERP. Here, I managed web design, social media content, and branding strategies while leveraging tools like Google Analytics, WordPress, and Adobe applications to enhance user engagement and brand visibility. My unique blend of technical expertise and human-centered design skills equips me to drive impactful marketing strategies and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Arda Kabacı
Project Manager

Arda graduated with honors from the Department of Psychology at İstanbul Medeniyet University in 2024. During his undergraduate studies, he aimed to broaden his perspective by taking courses in various fields of psychology. Then, in 2025, he started the Clinical Psychology Master’s Program at Haliç University. Currently undergoing ACT training, Arda continues to expand his understanding of human behavior while maintaining his connection to the business world through his expertise in project management, qualitative and quantitative analysis and group dynamics. During his undergraduate years, he was actively involved in school clubs and is now contributing to the psychological well-being of disadvantaged groups by participating in social responsibility projects aimed at children and women.
